1. Major Goals

1.1 Phase 1 Status: Complete

• Set up a basic foundation of PDC before commencing recruitment efforts.
• Set up basic training pipelines, positions, staff pipelines, fix any problems, add divisions, etc.

1.2 Phase 2 Status: In Progress

• Begin recruitment efforts.
• Improve anything that could use updates.
• Start filling NCO ranks.
• Start hosting patrols.
• Reach 15 official members.

1.3 Phase 3 Status: Pending

• Launch PRD & PAD.
• Start filling command ranks.
• Update anything that needs to be fixed.

1.4 Phase 4 Status: Pending

• Reach 100 official members.
